These are all the solutions to live with us this 12th edition of the TimeforTango Festival !!!

FESTIVAL PACKAGES

The Associative Contributions are per person for entries received before Sunday, 9 July 2023
(30,00 euro increase for booking from 10/07 to 20/08/2023 – 50,00 euro increase for booking from 21/08 to 08/10/2023)

The “FESTIVAL” pachages provide accomodation in Hotel Vita or Hotel Higiea in double room, buffet meals (no drinks) and bathrobe on loan.
Full board (first of last day) 10,00 euros to be booked on site to the Spa.
After sending your registration, the reservation will be processed by our secretariat and will be valid only after you have received a confirmation e-mail that the deposit has been received.

TOURIST TAX AND FIRST REGISTRATION
The daily Tourist Tax of 2.50 euros is not included into the packages.
The daily Registration Fees provided by the structure of 2.00 euros are included in the packages.

REFUND FOR CANCELLATION
Pursuant to the economic conditions provided by the structure, the refund of the amount of the deposit paid equal to 250.00 euros is foreseen in the following ways:
– cancellation before 10.10.2023 refund of 100% of the deposit paid;
– cancellation from 11.10.2023 to 17.10.2023 refund of 70% of the deposit paid;
– cancellation from 18.10.2023 to 24.10.2023 refund of 50% of the deposit paid;
– cancellation from 25.10.2023 to 31.10.2023 there is no refund of the deposit paid;
membership fee for secretarial activity : € 0.00
REGISTRATION CHANGE FEES
Pursuant to the economic conditions provided by the structure, there is an expense of 1.50 euros per person for each type of change requested after the booking (e.g. type of room, replacement of participant name).

Please note that the Festival is an ACSI didactic event created for ACSI Associated in compliance with the Annual ACSI Membership fee
(Membership Annual fee ACSI/TimeforTango 10,00 €).

LESSONS PACKAGES

The “LESSONS” packages allow the only attendance at the lessons into the day specified; single package is not functional for more days.

For the only Tango Nights, it’s not necessary to book but it is recommended in case of sold out!.

01/11/2023 – “Open Festival” from 22:00 to 02:00 with tdj OLGA LEONOVA and ronda artists (15,00 €)
02/11/2023 – “Tango de Jueves” from 22:00 to 02:00 with tdj ANGELITO and show artists (20,00 €)
03/11/2023 – “Galà Festival” from 22:00 to 03:00 with tdj GIBO and show artists (20,00 €)
04/11/2023 – “Larga Noche de Tango” from 22:00 to … : … with tdj UROŠ POČIVAVŠEK (20,00 €)
