THE LOCATION

The Argentine Tango Festival TimeforTango 2023 takes place at the Dobrna Spa in Slovenia, a spa area immersed in a beautiful natural environment ideal for experiencing Tango and relaxing. We will be accommodated at the Hotel Vita (4*), inside which there are the indoor/outdoor pools with thermal water at 36°, saunas, the Massage Center; wrapped in the comfortable bathrobe provided by the same structure, we will be able to use all the services without leaving the Hotel. And if we finish the rooms in Hotel Vita, we will be staying at the Hotel Higiea (4*), without the Thermal services for which we will have to move to the Hotel Vita located a few steps away. Stage and evening entertainment will take place in the halls of the Secular Baths, a structure within the thermal area to be reached by taking a walk in the splendid wooded park.

THE PROGRAM

The Program of the Didactit Argentine Tango Festival TimeforTango 2023 – in addition to studying a lot and dancing a lot during the milongas – is structured so that everyone can enjoy also the Relax Spa.

TANGO NIGHTS

Not only many study lessons but also many Tango nights to socialize and dance on the notes of great TDJs:

• 01/11/2023 – “Open Festival” from 22:00 to 02:00 with tdj OLGA LEONOVA and Artists Ronda
• 02/11/2023 – “Noche de Jueves” from 22:00 to 02:00 with tdj ANGELITO and Artists Performances
• 03/11/2023 – “Galà Festival” from 22:00 to 03:00 with tdj GIBO and Artists Performances
• 04/11/2020 – “Larga Noche de Tango” from 22:00 to … : … with tdj UROŠ POČIVAVŠEK

ENTRY FORM

The deadline for booking is Sunday 8 October 2023 so to allow us to organize better your stay and your lessons. Given the previous editions, in which we closed the registrations for Sold Out a lot before, we recommend booking you soon, also to have the best booking conditions for the scheduled period.For all ACSI Membership are planned packages “FESTIVAL” and packages “DAILY LESSONS”; for booking is simply necessary:

1. complete the registration FORM (one for participant);
2. therefore follow the instructions which we will send by e-mail, contain also the IBAN for the account of associative contribution.

TimeforTango reserves the right to make changes to the program during the course of the Festival a success of the former and in compliance with the Covid regolations in force at the time. The Contributions listed for Packets “FESTIVAL” are only valid for entries received before Sunday 9 July 2023; although for reservations made after, it will be charged an additional contribution on all Packages “FESTIVAL” of 30,00 € (for booking from Monday 10/07 before Sunday 20/08/2023) or 50,00 € (for booking from Monday 21/08 before Sunday 08/10/2023); The entry date will be considered the accounting disposal date of bank transfer deposit.
Once the payment is verified, as a result you will receive an e-mail confirmation of entry at the Festival to be presented at check-in. The balance will be paid upon it. Remember that TimeforTango Festival is an ACSI event dedicated and riserved only to ACSI Members, in order to a annual membership fee.
